Our Aims.
Tramway wharf is a small but historically significant site run by just a few dedicated individuals. We hope to make it a vibrant community resource that celebrates history, creativity and wellness together.
We aim to;
Explore and communicate the historic significance of the wharf, tramway and associated works.
To faciltate projects that encourage historic awareness, education, arts & culture, wellness and environmental issues and will seek to collaborate with satellite individuals or organisations towards the same.
Provide a gathering place for historic vessels and to communicate their stories. To care for the environment of the wharf and its surroundings.
